Click the shuffle icon at the bottom of the screen – it looks like two arrows crossing over each other. When shuffle mode is off, it should be white. When shuffle mode is on, it will turn green. Tap the settings cog on the top right of the Spotify app to open the Settings menu; Select “Playback” Scroll down and turn off the toggle switch next to “Canvas”. And now you can turn off the Shuffle mode. To turn off Shuffle Play: Step 1: Open Spotify on your phone. Step 2: Choose a playlist you want to be played and start playing a song. Step 3: Tap the Now Playing bar on the bottom of the Spotify interface. Step 4: Tap the zig-zag icon and turn it to white, now the Shuffle Play is off. Tip 3: Turn Off. The Spotify cache in the mobile app gets corrupted and the listening experience gets ruined for me, meaning the song does not play even if I have internet or if it is downloaded. It happened too that the song ended and just didn't pass to the next song directly, or it just stopped randomly.
